What is a Transaction ID?
Every transfer gets a unique Transaction ID (TX ID) when payment is confirmed. You need this reference to look up status — it is not your phone number or bank account.

TX IDs often look like SM20260312123456, TRX-8F2A91BC, or a similar code from your receipt.
What you'll see after tracking
- Payment confirmed — we received your transfer.
- Processing — verifying details before dispatch.
- In transit — funds sent to the recipient network.
- Delivered — money reached your recipient.
